Everything you need to know about SARMs
RAD-140, is a Selective Androgen Receptor Modulator (SARM) developed by RADIUS Health Inc.
Rad-140 exhibits high affinity for the androgen receptor with tissue-selective anabolic effects in both muscle and bone, with relatively minimal effect on the prostate, seminal vesicles, and other androgen-affected tissues.
RAD-140 has a high level of oral bioavailability and demonstrated high tolerability with doses of up to 100mg per day considered safe in clinical trials.
Improves muscle mass gain, increases strength and increases fat loss.
It has a very long half-life of 60 hours.
Ligandrol (LGD-4033) is a new oral nonsteroidal selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM) for the treatment of conditions such as muscle atrophy and osteoporosis, discovered by Ligand Pharmaceuticals and currently in development by Viking Therapeutics and it’s already in phase 2 of clinical trials.
Improves muscle mass gain, increases strength and increases fat loss.
Ligandrol half life is 24-36 hours.
YK-11 is a selective androgen receptor modulator, SARM. It is a selective partial agonist of androgen receptor (AR) genes and does not induce the physical interaction between NTD/AF1 and LBD/AF2 (known as the N/C interaction) that is necessary for complete transactivation of the AR.
Its most interesting mechanism is that it inhibits the levels of myostatin (protein responsible for limiting muscle growth) , increasing the levels of follistatin, therefore, increasing anabolism through different pathways.
Improves muscle mass gain, increases strength and increases fat loss.
YK-11 half life is unknown, it is rumored to be between 6 and 12 hours.
