Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

EU: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

We do not offer shipping to other countries at this time.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 4:00 PM GMT (Monday-Friday) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Handling Time

Our standard order handling time is 1 business day. During this time, we prepare and pack your order for shipping.

Transit Times (Shipping Time After Handling)

Estimated transit times vary by country and shipping method

EU Countries and UK: 3-7 business days.

All other Countries: 5-14 business days.

Shipping Costs

We have fixed shipping costs: Shipping in the EU – 8.00 EUR. Shipping outside the EU – 15.00 EUR.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over 149.00 EUR.

In the Checkout page you are able to choose the Package Protection function (for the extra 10 EUR), which guarantees the free reshipping if your package is damaged, stolen or lost during transit.
